Mission

IQRA means "Read" — the very first word revealed to Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ). It's not just our name; it's the spirit behind why we exist. Our mission is to raise children who read the world through both faith and reason: grounded in the Quran and Sunnah, capable in the academic skills their generation demands, and shaped by the character to use both wisely. We bring English Medium, Bangla Medium, and Hifzul Quran together under one roof — not as three separate tracks running side by side, but as one integrated formation, so a child memorizing Surah Al-Baqarah in the morning and solving an algebra problem in the afternoon experiences both as part of the same purpose. We are not simply preparing students to pass exams. We are preparing them to be trustworthy in their dealings, curious in their learning, and firm in their identity — at home, in their community, and later, in whatever path they choose.




Vision

We want IQRA Bangladesh School to be the place families in Dhaka point to when they imagine what an Islamic education looks like when faith and academic rigor are both taken seriously — not one at the cost of the other. Our vision is to grow into one of Bangladesh's most trusted institutions for integrated Islamic and academic learning: a school where a hafiz can also compete in science olympiads, where a Bangla Medium student's discipline strengthens their Quran learning rather than competing with it, and where every graduate carries both the Quran in their heart and confidence in their mind. As we grow — new branches, new programs, better facilities — we hold ourselves to one measure: whether the children who pass through our classrooms in Rampura, and eventually across Bangladesh, are growing up more capable, more compassionate, and more connected to their deen because IQRA was part of their story.
