A Message from Our Chairman

Assalamu Alaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh,

IQRA Bangladesh School, Main Branch, welcomes you to build the career of your child with the most modern education in the light of the Qur'an and Sunnah.

Choosing the right school for your child is one of the most important decisions that you will ever make in your life, Alhamdulillah! We offer your child a top class English Medium & Bangla Medium education in an Islamic environment. Our academic program runs from Play to SSC/up to O–A Level, with compulsory Qur'anic education for all students. We have a strong Hifzul-Qur'an department, and you have the opportunity to make your child a Hafiz or Hafiza alongside his or her academic studies.

Our name itself carries our purpose. IQRA means "Read" — the very first word revealed to our beloved Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ). We named our school after this word because we believe true reading is not only of books, but of one's Deen, one's character, and one's responsibility to society. This is why we did not want to build an ordinary school. Around the world, we see two extremes: institutions that preserve religious knowledge but leave their graduates unprepared for modern professional life, and institutions that produce capable professionals who, over time, drift far from their Deen. We wanted something better for our children than either extreme alone — an education where a doctor is also a good Muslim, and a Hafiz is also a confident professional.

Our new generation wants to become scientists, doctors, engineers, IT experts, and other professionals — and we support that fully — while, first and foremost, becoming excellent Muslims and responsible citizens. We must remember, "Our complete success is in complete DEEN." Alongside their academic subjects, our students are grounded in Aqida, Fiqh, Seerah, Hadith, and the Arabic language, with particular attention to Tajwid and proper recitation of the Qur'an — not as an additional subject, but as the very foundation their education stands on.

We always try to maintain our lives in the way of the Qur'an and Sunnah. So your son or daughter will, Insha'Allah, be a good Muslim first, and then a truly educated one — because we believe the two were never meant to be separated in the first place. May Allah help us make this program successful, and may He guide us all in raising a generation that carries the Qur'an in their hearts and confidence in their minds.
